Brambrüesch for families

Summer for families on Chur's local mountain

The ride on the cable car from Chur alone is a delight for young and old alike. At the top of Brambrüesch, restaurants, a playground, moorland trail, Brambi circular trail, scooter fun and much more await our younger guests.

Cross golf

Switzerland's first official cross golf course is located at Brambrüesch. The nine-hole course runs between the gondola mountain station (equipment pick-up) and the ‘Bergbaiz Brambrüesch’ (equipment return). Great fun for golf fans of all ages!

Moorland trail

As part of the renaturation project, a fascinating lowland moor has been created at Brambrüesch – a valuable habitat for numerous plants and animals. The moorland trail with wooden walkways and information boards allows visitors to experience the biotope and combines nature discovery with learning.

Scooter fun

The scooter and bikeboard descents at Brambrüesch are fun for the whole family. The descent is a leisurely 5-kilometre ride on a wide natural road to the Känzeli middle station. Children aged 10 and over can ride a scooter themselves, while younger children can ride with their parents.

On your scooters, get set, go!

Cableway out of the city

Where else can you board a cable car in the city and glide up into the mountains? The ride on the aerial cableway and the small cable car is a great experience in itself for our younger guests. And for the older ones too, of course. Because the view of the Rhine Valley near Chur is unique.

Fancy anything else?
